What are my payment options (existing and new customer)? Payment Methods: Existing customers with approved credit terms can make payments in the form of Company checks, cashiers checks or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Plastifab does not accept credit card payments. First time Buyers must pay order in full by Company check or EFT prior to shipping order. Can I have my order shipped via UPS/FedEX or other small parcel carriers? Small Parcel Carriers: We can use any carrier of your choice. The Buyer must provide a valid account number at the time of shipping. Any additional charges resulting from invalid or suspended accounts are the responsibility of the Buyer. Do you ship into Canada and the USA? Shipping Destinations: Plastifab regularly ships all over North America and can ship to many other countries. Do I have to pay brokerage charges if the goods are crossing the Border? Brokerage Charges: Plastifab normally pays brokerage charges when shipping by truck into the USA. Brokerage for shipments sent via small parcel carriers (UPS, FEDEx, etc) are paid by the Buyer. What is your return policy? Returns: Standard products can be returned only with a valid RMA number issued by Plastifab. A 25% restocking charge will apply and return freight is paid by the Buyer. Custom made products cannot be returned for credit. How can I track or trace my shipment? Shipment Tracking: Our Customer Service can provide shipment details in order for you to track your shipment. Do you offer product traceability? Product Traceability: Complete traceability, lot and batch information, is available for most products. Requests for this information must be made at time of placing an order. Requests after shipment may not be able to be fulfilled.
