We’re excited for a day of learning and connecting with other Women in Plastics at the IAPD Women in Plastics Educational Workshop in Montréal, Quebec on June 14th.
Our very own Sales and Marketing Manager, Andrea Herrmann, is hosting this month’s event. This half-day workshop features a keynote speech, interactive networking opportunities, lively group discussions, a meet-and-greet with industry peers, and a networking breakfast and lunch.
The IAPD is honoured to have Karen Diaz, M.Ed. as the keynote speaker to discuss cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She’ll discuss how to be competitive in this evolving industry based on her 20+ years experience supporting organizations with growth and development throughout Canada and the world.
You can register for this workshop online. Registration fee is $125 IAPD members and $175 for non-members. If you can’t attend the whole day, you’re welcome to attend just the welcome breakfast for $25. Students are also encouraged to attend at a discounted rate of $25.
Women in Plastics is focused on the distinct needs on women working in the plastics industry. Learn more about their events, educational opportunities, or how you can get involved on their website.
