Plastifab continues to expand its injection molding capabilities with advanced technology, enhanced capacity, and multi-facility expertise through our operations at Marchel Industries in South Carolina and our newly acquired Moldpro facility in Swanzey, New Hampshire. Together, these facilities allow us to deliver greater precision, versatility, and scalability to meet the needs of clients across industries.

Marchel Industries

Located in South Carolina, our 36,000 square foot climate-controlled facility is a full-service injection molding operation equipped with state-of-the-art molding machines ranging from 28 to 1800 tonnes, with an on-site tool shop.

Our capabilities include precision machining, electrical discharge machining, plastic design, custom molding, prototyping, parts assembly, testing, and dimensional analysis. The facility is committed to excellent customer service and quality (ISO 9001-2015), servicing a broad base of customers such as OEM, medical, government, automotive, and industrial companies, among others.

Moldpro

Our newly acquired Moldpro facility adds further strength and flexibility to Plastifab’s injection molding operations. This modern 27,000 square foot facility is ISO 9001:2015 registered and equipped with 20 computerized injection molding machines with clamp tonnage ranging from 40 to 300 tons.

The plant specializes in both engineering materials and general-purpose resins, supported by a modern on-site moldmaking shop, including CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, and full CAD/CAM mold design capabilities. Additional value-added services, beyond the complete quality control lab, include decorating, ultrasonic welding, solvent bonding, thermoforming, assembly, and packaging — providing complete, end-to-end production solutions.
