Plastifab has made significant investments in our Engineering and Tooling departments in order to control 100% of the process so that we can better serve our clients. We are equipped with the necessary software to do tooling design and we have our in-house machine shop that manufactures the tools.

Thanks to the investments made in our Engineering and Tooling departments, we are able to analyze and create repeatability in our process and parameters to meet our clients’ needs for high-quality and consistent products. We have the capability to modify and tune our tools in-house so that we can provide a quick turnaround time.

Using state-of-the-art technology, we are able to create our own plastic blends in-house. For more intricate blends and color matching, we have partnered with industry leaders to facilitate expedient scientific material formulations that deliver consistent production every time.

Should the product that we build for you require specific mechanical/chemical testing, we have partnered with industry leaders that can provide necessary testing and reporting.

Our state-of-the art plastic injection molding plant provides clients with the quality, precision and efficiency they need to realize their vision. Injection molding offers more control over the production process and allows for customization in product design.

In addition to the Montreal Plastifab warehousing facility, we have partnered with two leading logistics providers in the USA to open third-party warehouses in New Jersey and Chicago. This has been a great success for us, and we are exploring other potential locations to expand this offering.
